OUR MISSION

Healthy plants.
Lasting partnerships.
Resilient landscapes.

Our mission at Redneck Farms is to grow high-quality native plants that help restore and protect the landscapes of the American West.

Through partnerships with seed suppliers, restoration professionals, land managers and planting crews, we are working to strengthen the native plant supply chain—from seed to seedling to established habitat.

Our part starts in the nursery: careful propagation, consistent attention and plants grown with their destination in mind.

THE LAKEVIEW NURSERY

In development

New capacity.
A shared purpose.

Redneck Farms is investing in a nursery in Lakeview, Oregon, with an initial focus on sagebrush propagation for restoration projects across the Great Basin and the wider West.

01

Purpose-built propagation

Planned hoop houses, container growing systems, irrigation and seeding equipment will support consistent nursery production.

02

Care through every stage

Our production approach follows plants from sowing and germination through growing, hardening and preparation for delivery.

03

Built around project needs

We are planning capacity around restoration demand, with room to expand as growing partnerships and contracts develop.

Planned first growing season: 2027. Production schedules and availability will be confirmed for individual projects.

WORKING WITH ECOSOURCE

The details matter.
Every step of the way.

Our working relationship with Jennifer and EcoSource Native Seed and Restoration connects our nursery plans with native seed sourcing and field restoration experience.

The plants shown here are EcoSource Native Seed and Restoration's work: they collected the seed, propagated the plants and planted them on the landscape. In their first year in the ground, the plants are taking well, according to the project account shared with Redneck Farms.

That story reflects the care we want to carry forward. Redneck Farms is developing the propagation capacity to complement EcoSource Native Seed and Restoration's seed and restoration expertise.
